  • Asylum: A form of legal protection granted to individuals in the United States who can demonstrate they have suffered or fear persecution in their home country due to their race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group.
  • Asylum Appeals (BIA Appeals): Are formal requests to review and overturn a denied asylum application, typically submitted to the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) after an immigration judge issues a negative decision.
  • Family Petitions: Are immigration applications filed by U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents to help certain family members obtain legal status or a green card in the United States.
  • Adjustment of Status: Is the process that allows a noncitizen already in the United States to apply for lawful permanent resident status (a green card) without having to return to their home country.
  • Waiver of Unlawful Presence: Is a request to forgive the time a person was in the U.S. illegally, allowing them to still get a visa or green card by showing that a U.S. citizen or permanent resident family member would suffer extreme hardship if the waiver is denied.
  • Replace/Renew Employment Authorization Document (EAD): Is the process of requesting a new work permit due to loss, theft, damage, or expiration of the current one.
  • Replace/Renew Green Cards: Is the process of applying for a new permanent resident card when the current one is lost, stolen, damaged, or expired.
  • Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Haiti and Venezuela: Allows eligible nationals from those countries to legally live and work in the U.S. for a limited time due to unsafe conditions in their home countries, such as armed conflict, natural disasters, or extraordinary circumstances.
  • Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Re-registration: Is the process that allows current TPS beneficiaries to renew their status and work authorization for an extended period while their country remains designated for TPS.
  • DACA Renewal: Is the process by which current Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients apply to extend their protection from deportation and work authorization for another two years.
  • Naturalization: Is the legal process by which a lawful permanent resident becomes a U.S. citizen after meeting certain eligibility requirements.
  • Certificate of Citizenship Application: Is a request made by individuals who acquired or derived U.S. citizenship through their parents to receive official proof of their citizenship from USCIS.
  • VAWA Petition: Is a request for immigration relief filed by victims of abuse who are spouses, children, or parents of U.S. citizens or permanent residents, allowing them to seek legal status without the abuser’s knowledge or consent.
  • U-Visa: Is a type of immigration relief for victims of certain crimes who have suffered mental or physical abuse and are willing to assist law enforcement in the investigation or prosecution of the crime.
  • T-Visa: Is a form of immigration relief for victims of human trafficking who cooperate with law enforcement.
  • B1/B2 Temporary Visa Application: Is a request to enter the U.S. temporarily for business (B1) or tourism/medical purposes (B2).
  • E-2 Visa Applications: Is a request to enter or stay in the U.S. as an investor from a treaty country who is developing and directing a business in which they have made a substantial investment.
  • H2B Visa Applications: Is a request for temporary permission for foreign workers to come to the U.S. to perform non-agricultural, seasonal, or peak-load jobs for a limited period.
  • H1B Visa Applications: Is a request submitted by a U.S. employer for permission to hire a foreign worker in a specialty occupation on a temporary basis.
  • Cuban Adjustment Act Applications: Is a request by eligible Cuban nationals to become lawful permanent residents (green card holders) in the U.S. after living in the country for at least one year.
  • Cancellation of Removal: Is a form of immigration relief that allows certain noncitizens facing deportation to remain in the U.S. if they meet specific eligibility criteria, including continuous residence and demonstrating hardship to qualifying relatives.

Our Team

Stacie Price Foor, J.D.

Stacie is our awesome attorney that works hard to help all her clients navigate the immigration legal process.  Stacie completed her undergraduate degree from DeVry University in Justice Administration and Digital Forensics.  She graduated law school in 2018 from Concordia University School of Law in Boise, Idaho.  Stacie begins studying and researching for her Ph.D. in Public Policy at Boise State University, Boise Idaho in 2024.  

Stacie works with a non-profit organization that travels to Honduras every year to assist the communities of Honduras with medical needs.  Stacie is originally from Williamsburg, VA.  She currently lives in Idaho with her husband and three dogs. 

Anna Leon - Legal Assistant

Anna was born in Lake Tahoe, California and raised in Sun Valley, Idaho. A proud first-generation Mexican-American, she graduated from Wood River High School and is now beginning her career as a legal assistant at our firm. While this is her first role in the legal field, she brings strong attention to detail and a lifelong curiosity for justice and investigation interests rooted in her early dream of becoming a forensic investigator. She hopes to return to school in the future to continue growing professionally and personally. In her free time she enjoys the company of her two fur babies Artemis and Athena.

Grecia Ceballos - Legal Assistant

Grecia is from Matamoros, Mexico.  She came to the United States in 2013 and received her U.S. Citizenship in 2021.  Grecia obtained her Associates Degree in Political Science at the College of Western Idaho.  She is continuing her education by pursuing her Bachelors Degree in Criminal Justice Administration at the University of Phoenix.  Grecia plans to attend law school and become Ms. Foor's legal partner.  Grecia currently lives in Nampa, Idaho with her husband, daughter and dog.

Denise Marin - Administrative Assistant

Denise was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho.  She graduated from Centennial High School in 2021.  She attends College of Western Idaho where she is studying to become a dental hygienist.  Denise is a first generation American whose family came to us from Guadalajara, Mexico.  Denise likes to hang out with her dog, Benny, in her free time.  By the way, Denise's dad has lots of chickens. :-)  

Carmen Brimley - Receptionist

Carmen is from Matamoros, Mexico.  She came to the United States in 2000 and received her U.S. Citizenship in 2022.  Carmen went to Academia Commercial Rio Bravo in Tamaulipas, Mexico where she studied public accounting.  She is a proud mom of three boys and three grandchildren who also live in Idaho.  Carmen currently lives in Meridian, Idaho with her husband and dog.
